Title: 40 player golf schedule

I few years ago I received a schedule for 36 players, 9 teams of 4, that allows each player to team with every one else at least once every 11 rounds. The group has grown so I need a schedule for 40 players, and 44 players for the peak season.

Take a look at the schedules here, reply #2 has 44 players for 11 rounds (just ignore the doubles pairings), reply #10 has 40 players for 13 rounds.  For the latter, everyone plays with each other exactly once, but you probably want to randomize the tee-off times, otherwise player 40 might complain.
