Title: Mahjong of 20 players using 5 tables

First of all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
 
Now the question:
 
How can I organize a tournament of Mahjong of 20 players using 5 tables?  
 
I am looking for a 6 round format where no person plays with or against another person twice.

Hello Ningbo,

There is no way of arranging 6 rounds like this, the best that can be done is to have 5 rounds which you can find here on Ed Pegg's site. (http://www.mathpuzzle.com/MAA/54-Golf%20Tournaments/mathgames_08_14_07.html)  (Scroll down to where it has a schedule for 20 golfers in foursomes.)
