We had a team back out. I need help with a schedule for 11 teams and 6 events. Whatever works!

Reduce to 5 events, then use this schedule (https://www.devenezia.com/downloads/round-robin/rounds.php?it=12&v=c1) but remove 'match 1'. What remains is a schedule for 11 teams playing 11 rounds.  Call the 5 columns events 1 to 5, and you will have each team playing each event twice.
