Title: Round robin scheduler

We are looking for help creating a round-robin scheduler, we use the https://tournamentscheduler.net/ website and it works great but last weekend we had a tournament and the site was down and not working. We want to have a stand-alone program that we can use. 
We have up to 100 people and have 12 rounds we get the csv file, import it into our access database, and run the scores.

You could use my Excel spreadsheet (https://www.devenezia.com/round-robin/forum/index.php?topic=1132.0) to generate round-robin schedules. It is just a basic schedule maker, there is no facility for collecting results or scoring.
