Here is what I have.

I hold an event every year and we get anywhere from 10 teams to 13 teams. We have 5 to 6 locations for us to use depending on how many teams come in. My problem is this. I can get the match up's fine even the bye rounds if we have an odd number. It's the locations. it always turns out that more than one team is either playing the same field 3 time or more and some team just don't play a field.  My teams have complained. they like the event, but would like a more even chance on every field.  Can some help here?
