I believe there are 150 possible combinations for 8 people to play equally with a different partner and against different combinations of doubles teams on either court A or Court B.
I just don't have time to write it out . . .anyone?

There are 105 = 7 x 5 x 3 possible combinations. A tournament schedule requires 7 different combinations such that there is no overlaps in pairings.
See this page (https://www.devenezia.com/downloads/round-robin/pairmute.html) that lists the pair combinations (I call them pairmutations) that are available for planning.
