Title: Pairs volleyball Tournament

This is a tournament where you enter teams as couple

I am helping with a tournament with a schedule needed for the following scenario:

There would be 16 pairs (couples)

There are 14 rounds of play.

There are 2 courts with 3 pairs playing each other on 1 court and 3 pairs playing with each other on court 2 with the remaining 4 pairs refing the games.
ie. 6 pairs per court per game

Pairs would switch off each round and play with new set of pairs and those not playing refing.

I need a schedule which would maximize the # of combinations of the pairs so there is a minimum number of duplications ie.pairs playing with the same pairs of players
