Title: 19 team round robin

I need help with a 19 team round robin tourney.  This is for 9 holes of golf each week, to run for 17 weeks and one team gets a bye each week.

Look for version 4.3 of my Excel spreadsheet which you can find here and use this to obtain a schedule for 19 rounds on 9 courts.  Delete two of the rows to obtain a 17 week schedule.
