Title: Bridge round robin for 20 teams

Greetings,
 
We are planning a bridge round robin tournament with
20 teams,
playing 5 rounds,
7 games per round,
3 borads per game.
and trying to figure the best round robin schedule, please help.

Everyone playing against each other is a plus but not a must.

Hi Louis,

Can you please give a bit more information as I don't appreciate the difference between games and boards.  Also is each team a fixed partnership that always plays together?

Partners in duplicate bridge are fixed.  The boards are metal trays with four pockets to hold pre-dealt cards plus a score card.  Each time a board is played the team numbers and the result (points for N-S or E-W) are recorded.

Unlike most other games, it is impossible to know who the "winner" is until everybody has finished.  "We" get a point for every team we outscore who played the same hand we did and a half point for each team with the same result.

Four person teams could play and use the same RR tables as chess, for example since the result would be known as soon as the match was over.
