Title: Lopsided Pool league schedule

i have a lopsided league,with 2 divisions
a division will have 12 teams
b division will have 20 teams
problem is a few locations only have 1 pool table with 2 teams
while other places have 2 tables with 3 or 4 teams
can someone help me make a schedule,if I send all my information

How many times will a team play within its division? other division?

Within a single round robin many pairs of teams can have complementary pairings, i.e., both won't be home at the same time.  Check an earlier thread.
