Title: mario kart 16 racers, 8 cups, 4 heats, 2 tv's

I'm having a tournament coming up on may 5, 2012.
I was wondering if there was any way, somebody could come up
with a round robin tournament that works as even as possible.

there are 8 rounds,
4 heats with 4 players per heat
and 2 tv's have 2 heats per tv

I hope I'm not confusing everybody LOL
if somebody could answer this test ASAP that would be HUGE!!

I think the schedule here will work for you.  Just use the 5 rounds from Part.0 and any three rounds from Part.1. Of course it would be better if you could manage 10 rounds, then every pair of racers would play together in the same game exactly twice.
