request a schedule for 20 golfers in foursome so that every golfer will play 3 times with everyone no matter the number of matches. Thanks

This requires 19 rounds of play and is equivalent to a whist schedule.  Click on the schedules link near the top of this page, then select "whist" and 20 items.  Ignore the pairings and simply treat each table as a foursome.
