euchre tournament

my apologies if this has been asked for already.  I am having a euchre tournament with 6 tables and 24 players.  we have tried it in the past with 23 rounds, and it goes on too long...is there schedule that would be partnered up at least once but not go beyond 20 rounds?

A player has 23 possible partners, so you do need the full 23 rounds to partner up at least once.

There is a schedule here for 12 rounds that may help.  If you want 20 rounds you could simply remove three rounds from the 23 round schedule.

thank you, the 12 rounds would work great...unfortunately, 2 people cancelled so now we have 22.  I am hoping to run it like 20 with 2 people sitting out each round...I'm sure as soon as I get that figured out, 2 more will cancel

There is a 22 player schedule here, 11 or 22 rounds are really the only options here as it is the only way to give everyone the same number of games.
