Hi everyone, I could use some help.

I'm trying to put a schedule together that will work for my league.
1. It's a doubles league
2. I want to make sure everyone plays and versus everyone as much as possible
3. The league starts monday Aug 29 and runs for 38 weeks (Mondays). We skip Labor day Sept 5th
4. We have 2 courts
5. I have 4 full time players
6. I have 8 part-time players
7. No playoffs, we don't track scores from week to week.

I don't understand what you mean by full-time and part-time and how this might effect the schedule.

However if you have 12 players, then start with the standard schedule that you can see by using the 'schedules' button near the top of the page, then select 12 items and 'whist'.

The schedule can be configured for two tables (courts) by removing one game from each round and putting them together to make new rounds of two games.  Note that (2 8) vs (3 6) has different players from (9 5) vs (10 1) and so these 2 games can form a new round.  Then the games directly underneath these, namely (3 9) vs (4 7) and (10 6) vs (11 12), can also be played at the same time.  Continue doing this, and you will have 16 rounds of 2 games with the game (3 10) vs (4 6) on it's own in a 17th round. So that is the best way to schedule the 1st 17 weeks.
