Couple away break

hi. We are 8 married couples having an away break. We will play 3 rounds with 4 players( 2 men, two women) in each group. We want to have man + woman teams but not our partners and ideally with different partners as much as possible.

I think a spouse avoiding schedule should work for you.  Use any 3 of the first 7 rounds that you can find here.
