2 teams of 6 in 5 rounds of paired opposition

We are going on golf tour.

12 people split into 2 teams of 6. 5 different courses on different days. We play in pairs. The objective is to get everyone to play with a different team member each day (simple) and every individual plays against each member of the opposing team at some point in the week. Someone said it is mathematically impossible.

Any ideas?
