1v1v1 Round robin where everyone plays each other.

Hi guys, 

I am new and was hoping I could have some help as my maths is atrocious. Me and 2 friends are playing a card game with 39 characters and the games are 1v1v1 format. 

Could someone provide a round robin format for this type of situation? 

Something like the below but for 39 characters:

You could use the schedule I posted in Reply #1 here.  You could cut it down if 19 rounds are going to be too much.
