Spacing the byes evenly for a double bye

I'm currently running 10 teams through twice on a round robin with 2 byes a night. This is at 4 locations, with a 5th location available every 11 weeks. The problem I'm trying to solve is to evenly space the byes , so some teams don't have a bye with 1 or 2 weeks in between the next one, if possible. Thanks
