12 team round robin

I have 12 teams and 4 courts so I have to group 3 teams together each day and those 3 teams will play each other for that day.  Then I have to regroup them the following day.  I want each team to play each other one time (round robin).  Can you help me with this schedule?

Unfortunately no such schedule exists.  If you want the teams to all play each other twice, over 11 days then that is possible.
