Round robin for 1v1v1 tourney

Hey!
I'm trying to create 30 team round robin to cycle through 10 stations in 10 rotations (each station having 3 teams at a time) and the teams cannot meet each other more than once.

I've been trying to find a generator of sorts but they only have 1v1 pairings.

I am not sure if your stations are equivalent to each other or not.  If they are then the following should work well.
