golf week

I have 16 guys playing a round of golf each day for 7 days.  I would like a schedule that allows each player to play with each other player at least once.  Is this possible?

If you are playing foursomes, then use the first 7 rounds of this schedule.  Pairs of players will play together either once or twice.
