If the teams are fixed they can be treated in an ordinary round-robin table such as here(rrpair). You can choose "Court Balanced" and the time slots will all be assigned at random or you can choose "Board Order" and walk team 10 (normally would stay put during the first time slot) through different time slots from week to week forcing the teams ahead of them to play an earlier slot.  For example, if you put team 10 in slot 3 in a given round, the teams who would have normally been in slots 2 & 3 (reading the table from left to right) would now be in slots 1 & 2.

I am not getting a court balanced schedule when I use the link above, in the first column (time slot)player 7 occurs a lot, while player 10 never plays (Warren, can you check that I am not missing something here?). The first schedule in this thread is court balanced, furthermore after 5 rounds all players will have played exactly once in each of the 5 time slots.

The board numbers (or time slots here) are chosen at random.  I need to look into that feature and fix it or take it out if I can't.

It's still in, but I explain that the boards (time slots, fields, courts, etc) are simply displayed randomly which may or may not be good enough.  I updated rrpair to have a backlink to a prior discussion of scheduling 10 teams and 10 games.
