16-team Golf League Schedule

I need to create a schedule for a golf league with 16 teams.  We are playing 18 regular season weeks and would like to potentially break our league up into 4 divisions with 4 teams each.  We want all teams to play their divisional foes twice (which takes up 6 weeks) and play all non-divisional foes once (which takes up the other 12 weeks).  Seems like a pretty easy schedule, but I can't come up with a good algorithm for doing it.  Do you already happen to have such an algorithm/schedule?

Nevermind.  I thought I had something figured out like this for last year's golf league... although we ended up getting 2 more teams at the last minute, so we just went with a straight 17-week round robin with a position week for week 18.  I went back and looked... and sure enough... I had posted this EXACT same question last year and you came up with a template schedule for me for the 16 teams, 4 divisions.  So, I've got what I need!  Thanks!
