24 person weekly horsehoe schedule

I'm trying to set up a schedule for a 24 weeks for a horseshoe league.  Each player will be teamed up with a different player every week (two man team).  Each team will play a different team each week.  Each player will play a different player every week. And each player will only have the same player as a partner, opponent, and opponents partner only once.  
  
 I know there has to be a way to figure this out easily, but it has eluded me thus far. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer,

Click on the 'schedules' link at the top of this page, then click on '24 items' and finally click on 'Whist'.  This will give you a 23 week schedule with all possible pairs partnered exactly once and all possible opposing pairs exactly twice.  You may want to reassign the tables (pits) within rounds to avoid player 24 always having a game on the same pit.
