16 Players Foursomes League

Hallo, I need Help for scheduling 16 Players in 10 (maybe 15) rounds of Foursomes.

Every Player should meet every other Player twice (three Times) but no three or four Players should meet more then ones.

Please see reply #1 that I wrote here.  It will give you both 10 and 15 rounds and more if you want.  Note that the 16 players are numbered zero to 15.
