A balanced schedule is not possible with 14 players, so you must accept some sort of compromise. The schedule below has 15 rounds, where all pairs of players (apart from K&H) partner once. So K and H are the two players who have three byes, while all other players have two byes. Most, but not all, pairs of players oppose twice.
