Many thanks for the offer.  I believe I have an example of this and may be a few others up to 40 teams.  I can look for them if you are interested.  Do you have an example of a 26 team schedule?   I had this once, but unfortunately I lost it when a computer died.

Thanks for posting the schedule.  I have added it to the attached Excel file.  It seems I did not get as far as 40 teams, so 32 and 36 teams are the only ones you don't have.  I am not sure if a construction for 30 teams is known.

Yes, 18, 22 and 30 Team PBTD's are not yet known.  I have an 18-Team version that is one Team-pair off of being correct, but that is the best that I have been able to generate so far.  I have not yet attempted the 22 or 30 Team schedules.
