There need to be 10 rounds in order that every pair of players meet twice, so you could schedule it over a 37 week period meeting every 4 weeks, this would take approximately 8 and a half months. For example use Part.0 and Part.1
that you can find here. It should be relatively easy to assign the hosts by hand to make sure that every player hosts two or three times each. For example the hosts for the first 4 rounds could be:
