Multi division league w/ multi team in same venue

I am trying to figure out how to create a schedule with the following criteria and need some help please:

1. 3 Divisions (5 in A, 8 in B and 8 in C), so each division will have its own schedule * (see #3)
2. The season is a fixed time frame (B and C will play each other twice, A three times) 5/17-8/30.
3. There are teams in each division playing out of the same venue (14 total venues).
      Venue 1 has a team in A and two in B.
      Venue 2 has A and C
      Venue 3 has A and C
      Venue 4 has B and C
      Venue 5 has B and C
      Rest are have one team
4. Each venue can only be used for one match at a time.
5. Entire league has a bye week 7/4.
