Start with the standard round-robin which has 11 rounds (for example click the schedules button above and hit 12 items), then re-play 2 of the rounds to make 13. If you want to vary things more than that, then after 11 rounds make a different random allocation of player names to the numbers 1 to 12, and then pick two rounds.
