Mixed couples golf pairings

In the past this forum has provided numerous scheduling answers for our yearly golf outings and I hope it can again. 

We have 8 people (4 men/4women) and need pairings that have two men and two women in each group with hopefully the least amount of duplication of playing partners. One outing will be for two rounds and the other outing will have 3 rounds.

Past outings have not allowed spouses playing together, but that is not a requirement for these outings!

I think the first two or all three rounds below is the best that can be done.
