The Challenge: 10 teams  max of 16 rounds in a season. 9 rounds = everybody playing each other once.
Goal: Every team plays every other an equal number of times (3) over the coarse of two seasons.

Last season we had 13 rounds every team played the others once and 4 of the teams 2 twice.
So this season there should be 14 rounds as every team plays the others once and the remaining 5 teams twice

I can not seam to get the schedule to work.  Kind of stumped.

here is what I have.

So - here are the teams that need to play each other twice this season in order for every team to have played each other 3 times over the two years.

10 plays - 2,4,6,8,9
9 plays - 1,3,5,7,10
8 plays - 2,4,6,7,10
7 plays - 1,3,5,8,9
6 plays - 2,4,7,8,10
5 plays - 1,3,6,7,9
4 plays - 2,3,6,8,10
3 plays - 1,4,5,7,9
2 plays - 1,4,6,8,10
1 plays - 2,3,5,7,9

Can it be done??

Would you please post the schedule that you played for the first 13 rounds.

I am not sure the list of matches to be played twice is correct.  Shouldn't it be symmetrical?  For example it says that team 5 should play 6, but team 6 does not play 5.
