Looking for some help in scheduling this where you change tables as well as have different partners

If you want 7 rounds or less, then the problem is easy to solve.  Look for the schedule "24 golfers can play in foursomes for 7 days" here on Ed Pegg's Golfer page.  As no two players ever occur in the same foursome twice, then you can assign each foursome to be Euchre partners and opponents in any way you like and be certain that nobody has the same partner twice or the same opponent twice.
