Hi I run a 28 man pinochle league. Each person plays at a 4 man table and rotate so all 4 are partners for 1 game. We do this 3 times a day. I would like to create a schedule where player 1 will play with 3 new players every round in the least amount of times. I think the minimum where all players play each other is about 9 rounds but I can't find a schedule maker. Any help is appreciated Thanks in advance
