Euchre Tourney 40 or 44 people

Hello,

I'm hosting a euchre party this Saturday with either 40 or 44 people.  In years past we would draw cards for random partners and tables.  Our biggest complaint is people would be with the same partner and opponents multiple times.  I would like to have a schedule where we don't play with the same partners or the same opponents. We have 10 rounds, after each round the player would get a new partner and new opponents.  Can anyone help?

It is possible to arrange it so that all partners and opponents are different.   So one of the following should reduce the number of complaints.

40 players - up to 13 rounds
44 players - up to 11 rounds
48 players - up to 12 rounds
