Round Robin Pickleball Tournament

I'm organizing a pickleball tournament for 9-19-15.  Enrollment is limited to 24 players, 12 of each gender as this is intended to be a mixed doubles event only  Play will be limited to four courts, so four doubles matches will find 16 players on the court at a time while eight others will wait to rotate into action.  Ideally each participant will play WITH a different partner each match and AGAINST two different opponents each match.  Pairing new partners to play together each match has been easy, but identifying fresh opponents to face in each new match has been overwhelming.  I'm embarrassed to reveal how many hours I've put into this project already. The whole notion of constantly rotating partners is intended to help foster new friendships and promote camaraderie at the expense of intense competition.  We will still keep score, of course, but this one is for fun, so I want to deliver on my promise that sportsmanship and good times will rule the day. I would love a ready-made table, but any positive suggestions would be appreciated.

The ideal situation would be to play just the first 4 courts and all 12 rounds as this would give everyone the same number of games.
