9 golfers - 5 rounds

I'm planning a golf holiday with 9 customers and they will be playing 5 rounds.

Knowing they will play in 3 groups of three, what is the best grouping solution so that each player plays with each other the same or similar number of times.

Use the schedules here.  Play the first 4 rounds of the first schedule and the first round of the second schedule.
