16 player random schedule

Need help figuring out a schedule for a pitch league I run.   The league runs for 10 weeks and I want it so that every player plays the least amount of time on another player's table.  So if there are 16 players (there are 16 players this time) and there are 4 players per table each week for 10 week then I need to figure out how players will play with other players the least amount of time.

You have been great giving me this for a different number of players in the past but I'm stumped this time.

I think that the first 10 rows (i.e. Part. 0 & Part. 1) from the schedule at the end of this thread will give you what you want.  Note that the players are numbered zero to 15.

I am still unsure if you are playing doubles or not.  See my question here.

Thank you yet again.  It works much better than I could do.  I had to make a couple of changes as there are some duplicates between part 0 and part 1.  Don't know what I'd do without all of you.
