Curling: 20 teams, 2 divisions (10 & 10), 8 sheets

We got more teams, surprisingly!!

I have a league with two divisions - Tier 1 and Tier 2
 
This year Tier 1 has 10 teams and Tier 2 has 9 teams....so I know to use a 10/10 schedule and one of them will be a "dummy" team, right?
 
I have 8 sheets of ice and want no repeats on icing.
 
Draw is at 7pm and one game will have to be at the late draw.

I realize I can use the 10 team one you made for me the other day for one Tier, but then what about icing for the other 10 teams? It's always the icing that screws me up. Any help is appreciated.

Yes you can assign one team as the dummy or ghost team to get a schedule for one team less, but here I have started from scratch for the 9 teams.  Actually the problem is nicer than before as both round-robins take the same number of weeks to complete. The 10 team schedule (Tier 1) is the same as I gave before, then below that I have scheduled the 9 team tournament, which neatly uses up all of the unused sheets from Tier 1.  Note that at the end of 9 weeks the Tier 2 teams will have played only 8 games because each team has one bye week, while the Tier 1 teams will have played 9 games.

Thanks Ian. The reason I wanted a 10/10 schedule is b/c I was looking for a 20th...and I found it. So we're now at 10 teams in each tier (not seen since 2010-11 season, so we're very happy!!).

The second Tier, the one you have at 9, needs to be 10. I realize I can use the top one for both Tiers' schedules but have a hard time with icing.

HELP!

OK, there is an issue with the draws as made up and maybe it's in my instructions.

Tier 1 should have 5 games per night - 4 in the early draw and 1 in the late draw.
Tier 2 should also have 5 games per night - 4 in the early draw and 1 in the late draw.
There should be 8 games going in the early draw and 2 games during the late draw (1 from each tier. I realize 1 tier will have 1 extra late draw per round, but that will even out over the entire year).

I tried to combine the two draws above but am now a hot mess. League starts tomorrow...this is why I had the deadline early but then 1 more team joined...and I hated to turn them away. Now I'm panicking b/c I don't have a good schedule. I will try again but maybe you are able to figure this out quicker than me...of that I'm sure...maybe I won't be able to figure it out full stop!

So complicated, eh?!
