Euchre 2 teams of 8

Can you help me please? I'm running a euchre tournament of 2 teams of 8 people.  I want each of the 8 people to partner with each other once.  Most importantly, I also would like to have them play the opposing team of 8 people equally?  In short, Team A and Team B need to go head to head but play each other equally.
Is that possible to do?  Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

You could make use of the schedule here.   For each game such as (H1 W4 v H2 W7),   rearrange it to (H1 H2 v W4 W7) and then consider the games as team 'H' vs team 'W'.   This meets your first criterion about partners exactly once.   It's impossible to balance both partners and opponents since there are different numbers of each (7 and 8 respectively).
