Soccer 3v3 tournament, all play all

Hi, i have been looking around the forum, and havent found any schedules that completely suits my needs, so i was hoping that someone here could either point me in the right directions, or help me with some calculations.

The criteria:
13 or 12 players, 3 vs 3
Everyone should team up with everyone once, and play against everyone at least once.

Additional info:
I only have 1 court available, so byes shouldt be an issue as there Will always be atleast 6(7) not playing.
Time is the limiting Factor for me, so i want the fewest possible total amount of games.

Is this possible?

I can only make it work for 13 players and 13 games, where each player has 6 games and 7 byes. For example:

 ( 1  4  5) v ( 6 11 13)
 ( 2  5  6) v ( 7 12  1)
 ( 3  6  7) v ( 8 13  2)
 ( 4  7  8) v ( 9  1  3)
 ( 5  8  9) v (10  2  4)
 ( 6  9 10) v (11  3  5)
 ( 7 10 11) v (12  4  6)
 ( 8 11 12) v (13  5  7)
 ( 9 12 13) v ( 1  6  8)
 (10 13  1) v ( 2  7  9)
 (11  1  2) v ( 3  8 10)
 (12  2  3) v ( 4  9 11)
 (13  3  4) v ( 5 10 12)

The 12 people version was only for a backup if i got a late cancellation, but Might just do a normal Round Robin if thats the case, it was just hard to do any Scheduling for 13 people...
