Competition of 8 pilots in two groups of 4 all against all

Hello, I am organizing an online tournament on the BGA table games platform. In this tournament we are 8 drivers of a formula gt car that we have to compete in 4 car races. My idea is to compete each week in two races in which we can compete against each other.

Things work out nicely if you can play for 7 weeks - at which point everyone will have competed in a race with all other drivers exactly 3 times.  Here is a possible schedule:

w3 (3 1 6 4) (5 7 2 8)
w4 (4 6 7 5) (1 3 8 2)
w5 (7 3 5 1) (4 8 2 6)
