Beer Olympics Tomorrow

Hi there,

I am really working overtime to try and figure out how to score tomorrow's beer games.
We are working with 9 events that I would like each team to participate in only once. However due to the lack of RSVPing, there will be anywhere from 8-19 teams. Could you please help ASAP.

To stand any chance of having a nice schedule there must be an even number of teams between 10 and 18.  For example here is 14 teams A to N - where (say) the rows are the 9 rounds and the columns are the 9 events.
