Hi Richard, great website, very handy.
This has been asked before, but I haven't seen if there is a workable solution.
My application is to schedule 14 golf teams to play each other one time during a season. The problem I'm having now is optimizing the Tee times so that each team gets an equal (or close to equal) opportunity to play the 1st, 2nd, and nth tee times during the course of the season. Have you or anyone else given it any thought?
