16 teams, 12 rounds, 5 events

Hi. I have been struggling for days trying to figure out a way (if it actually exists) to create a schedule that accomplishes the following: 
16 teams playing five different games over 12 rounds. 
Game 1 (e.g. cornhole) is played by each team 3 times
Game 2 is played by each team 3 times
Game 3 is played by each team 3 times 
Game 4 is played by each team 1 time 
Game 5 is played by each team 1 time
Game 6 is played by each team 1 time

If I need to add a 7 game or remove game 6 that is ok. 
I’d also like to avoid any teams playing each other more than once. 

My event is Friday night. I realize that this is a huge ask with a short fuse but I had nowhere else (that I know of) to turn. 

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

If I read your post correctly, then you are expecting everyone to play in each round, which means that you must be prepared to have multiple games of Game 1, Game 2 and Game 3 going on simultaneously.  In which case you can use the following schedule:

Where the 16 players are A to P, and where the 12 rows are the 12 rounds.  So the first three columns are all assigned to Game 1, so in round 2 there is only one game of cornhole, but in round 5 there are 3 games of cornhole.  Does that work?  It's best to register with the forum as then you will be able to reply here. Thank you so much for the quick response!! This is great!   My only logistical issue (that i apologize for not mentioning originally)is that i only have the ability/materials to play 2 of each game in any given round.  I can play 2 of all games in a given round - just can do three of any of them.  Is there a way to adjust for this?
