Hi we have this fantasy league here, the league setup is much like the NBA.
2 Conferences with 3 divisions, each division comprising of 5 teams.

Only that each team plays 86 games:
- own division vs 4 teams, 4 times (2 home, 2 away)
- other division within conference vs 10 teams, 4 times (2 home, 2 away)
- other conference teams vs 15 teams, 2 times,  (1 home, 1 away)

Can you provide me a schedule spread over 182 days?

I think you have 1290 matches spread over 182 days, or roughly 7 games per day.   For practical purposes there is no difference between any game played within a conference since each one is played 4 times regardless of whether it is a within division game or a between division game.  So I suggest you take standard round-robin schedules for 15 teams and use these as the basis of all within conference games.  In the standard schedule, teams 1 to 5 will be division 1, teams 6 to 10 division 2 and teams 11 to 15 division 3.  Usefully these schedules come partitioned into rounds of 7 games each and can be played one round per day.  All within conference matches can therefore be played in 120 days with 7 matches per day.

There are a total of 450 between conference games. If the two conferences are A and B, and the teams are numbered 1 to 15 as detailed above, then the following gives a way of playing half of these games in 30 days with either 7 or 8 matches per day.  The schedule would need to be repeated with home exchanged for away on another 30 days.

Putting the two together would spread the matches over 120 + 30 + 30 = 180 days.

Hope that helps.
