6 Women 6 Men 3 Tables 4 Rounds

Women are paired with men 4 total people to a table, 3 tables, and 4 rounds.  Each player will play a total of 4 games. I am trying to figure out how to maximize the number of different table combinations.  Please help!

I understand that there is not a perfect rotation available for this format, I am just hoping to get the best possible rotation...

Really appreciate any help you could offer.

To get this I have cut it down from something larger, so it is unlikely to be an optimal for the problem as specified.
