Mixed/Womens doubles for 16 women & 8 men

I recently took part in a tennis tournament where there were 16 women and 8 men. The organizer (ha ha! A lecturer in business management too  )clearly hadn't given much thought to how the rotations between the rounds were going to be managed, and we were left on the spot to organize things as best we could

Is there a solution for this case? Our requirements are:

1. 24 players (16 women 8 men), 6 courts (4 mixed, 2 womens) and 6 rounds

2. No player to play with the same partner more than once

3. No player to play against the same opponent more than twice.

4. No woman to be left playing womens doubles more than 3 times.

Is there any software available which might cope with situations such as the above?

Apologies, another condition:

1a. Every player to play in each round.

Also, there are some husbands and wives, but there is no requirement for them to avoid, partner or oppose each other.
