12 Team Round Robin Need Help

I have a 12 team round robin wrestling tournament starting July 20th.  I have 4 mats so teams will be divided into groups of 3 (ex: (1,2,3) (4,5,6) (7,8,9) (10,11,12) with all teams wrestling each other ie: 1v 2 and 3 has bye then 1v 3 where 2 has bye then 2 v 3 where 1 has bye.  I want each team to wrestle each other thus getting 11 total duals and want each round to be paired in groups of 3 but I can't seem to figure it out.

It is impossible to have more than 4 rounds of play in groups of 3 without repeating matches that have already been played.  The best compromise is to have 4 rounds with groups of 3 and a final round with 3 mats and groups of 4.   There is a schedule here if you would like to do this.
